Dayton Valley Country Club is located just twenty-five minutes from Lake Tahoe. This spectacular Arnold Palmer design is a masterful blend of the natural beauty of the high desert with over 7200 yards of sculpted links style fairways and huge, sloping greens.
The course has forty acres of water hazards incorporated into the design, affecting play on twelve holes. All par 3 holes are both scenic and interesting, and there are several holes that dogleg around lakes.
Dayton Valley hosts stage 1 of the PGA Tour's qualifying tournament every year. "Golf Digest" rated Dayton Valley 5th best in the state in 1996 and 7th best in the state in 1998.
